This issue still needs to be looked into. You haven't lost anything as we have backups. Only the overworld was rolled back.

Found a closer backup so I put the server back down to use that instead of the 10h ago one xDOk, it is coming back up now. Had to roll it back...

Yeah something at your base location is causing it.
It crashes when you join Doc.Im going to move you to spawn to see if it's your player data or base location.
Looking into it now.
