I have just downloaded the pack without any problems. Try deleting the folder in .mineyourmind/instances/ and reinstalling.
Have you tried hard-force resetting the pack?
I had to make the recipe match most of the items you get in the /shop lava kit. If that wasnt the case you would of seen a much harder recipe. I...
I changed it to Maelstrom tank to ensure that the SirWill tank become useless. There is no recipe for the SirWill tank anymore.
Added new recipes for the Inf lava tank, drum and ender-thermic pump. Also made you do research to get them ;)

There is no configuration file for warp theory. It is either on or off. There is no blacklisting player/having a timer on the effect.
Disabled specific warp theory effects: WarpDecay WarpSwamp WarpFall WarpWither WarpTounge WarpAcceleration Disabled the ability to link items...
