Implemented Add a Trade-o-Mat in Enigmatica 2's spawn to swap Iron Chain Link to Disk Platter

    Ice and Fire's latest update added a conflicting recipe, making it impossible to craft OpenComputers Disk Platters. Both recipes require 4 iron nuggets and produce 1 output. A 1:1 Trade-o-Mat at Spawn would be nice for new players to get their computers before they can replicate them. At least until the pack is updated to remove the conflicting recipe.
