    their working on it, the server that is carrying TS, civilization, and Ark seems to have been hit offline, as the disconnect message was: "forcably dissconnected by a remote host" leading to certain presumptions of what happened to it...

    No news yet, wait for an announcement, I am sure they are working on it. IF not as soon as they know the problem, they will fix it
