Responsibilities: Work closely with the Community Coordinator Staff Team Participate in Build Team events where reasonably possible Be present for meetings with the Build Team when necessary Use your creative abilities and ideas to further the growth of the MyM Network Be a presence within the community. We encourage you to socialize and build relationships, should that be something you wish to do. Create a happy environment for the player Represent the MyM Network as a respectful person Requirements: Mature appearance and behavior (we ideally prefer candidates to be at least 14 years of age though younger players who can prove their maturity will also be considered) Basic understanding of the building process (spawns, events, etc) Reasonably consistent recent play-time. In other words, show us that you still play, not that you did play at one time. Good social and interpersonal skills like: communicative competence, empathy, self-confidence, trustworthiness, self-control, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, criticism, curiosity, creativity. Strong knowledge of the English language in reading and writing. Proven history of creative builds. Ability to work well in a team environment Most (not all) builds will be spawns for new server releases and will require a quick turnaround (usually 2-3 days) Ability to be available and consistent in your participation with the Build Team Expectations: A chance to give back to the community and help us continue to grow! A chance to utilize some ideas you might have with Modded Minecraft and building aesthetic The experience of working for the most progressive Modded Minecraft community in the world!
