Change to rule for Agrarian Servers: No item transfer when starting/Changing to a new Island

From this point forward we will dis allow moving stuff off your island in any way,shape or form, restarting it , and then moving everything back to get a fresh island but keep your things. This includes but is not limited to you being the owner of said island OR not. You wish to move islands, start another one, join someone elses'? This rule applies to all the prior scenarios.

Firstly we believe the modpack was not intended to be able to do this because there is no mechanic encouraging this.

Second WE believe it should not be allowed because it detours from the relatively "hardcore" theme/environment Agrarian skies promotes.

We do reserve the right to, under very specific situations; allow it on a basis by basis scenario.
