Changes: FOR YOUR INFORMATION PLAYERS

    Good Evening Mymions,

    In an effort to improve communication and reliable help from the staff I would like to plead a request to you all. From this moment further please try your best to use the mod request plugin we utilize (/modreq message) to contact staff members in-game, for any "staff" related issue. We have reiterated to our staff to be more aggressive with answering these tickets as fast and accurately as possible so please utilize this change.

    Furthermore do not be surprised if your questions are not answered when you ask them in chat, or initialize a question in chat with saying "mod" or "admin" or "Auonddon". We will be avoiding this scenario as it is less reliable and to further promote the mod request system. With this request please notify me when/if the staff are not answering these mod requests with in a reasonable amount of time.


    We will also be doing a better job reiterating changes and new information when it becomes available to us via the forum in the appropriate mod pack section, so please utilize this to your advantage. For example; when we add a new kit and why/how to use it.

    Lastly, one thing among some of the changes going on behind the scene is a better structured set up in regards to relaying information and responsibilities. Please help us to incorporate this into our general protocols. Too clarify; when you have an issue, as hard or as weird as it may feel, please don't go right to an admin. Open a ticket, and if the request is something the available staff cannot handle, they will escalate the issue appropriately.

    We now have complaint sections for

    A) each mod pack forum
    B) general (staff related)

    Please utilize these if you have any complaints about something pertaining to a mod pack (the appropriate mod pack thread) or a staff member you have come into contact with (the general forum prior to selecting a sub forum).
