If you have opened the control screen in the options menu you would maybe have noticed that some the controls are not there. For Example To fix this will not take long. Exit the full screen by pressing F11 (On mac you also have to hold in the fn button) and it will now be a menu with buttons to press to go through the controls. For Example Hope this helped.
