Hey. How is the new GDPR regulation affecting MYM?

    What do you save?
what are you sharing with 3 party?
    which cookies the website uses?
what personal information is mym using?
who has access to all the information?
    purpose of obtaining personal data?
consent or decline if mym may use their personal data?
    retrieve information about himself?
Access content and services even if he / she does not approve data retrieval?
and The GDPR states that IP addresses should be considered personal data as it enters the scope of ‘online identifiers.
    and so on

If you want a full answer you'll have to wait for the bosses otherwise you have to deal with our limited knowledge of what was done, I'd rather wait for them instead of potentially missing something.

We do not have a translation of the updated privacy policy yet, its in progress.
In short: IP in server logs, session cookies, google analytics, bootstrap cdn, youtube imgur.. embeds, paypal, buycraft. All personal identifiable information from for example applications is stored only on our servers (in Germany with DIN ISO/IEC 27001 certified datacenter) (no google docs or a like) and restricted to the appropriate staff (manager/admin level). Forum accounts (personal data) can be deleted.

Edit: If you want to read the German one: Datenschutz - Yamaha MT-09 (a lot of it e.g. the entire advertising part does not apply for MyM)
