Dear Staff/reader On 19/06/2018 Admiral_Jensen’s Island was lost on the modpack ‘Crash Landings’. I was trusted on this claim hence the writing of this post. Firstly using /stats Player Admiral_Jensen is not only wrong (its 3 or 2 days wrong) but also says 11 days which is before the island should get deleted. I logged in and the island was simply gone. We had 3 shell constructors and so death is unlikely the reason of island removal. So I am writing to request that a diagnostic be run and/or this problem to be looked into. Lastly ‘/ticket create’ is a command which players can’t use as you need higher (Administrator) permissions.
Okay I found the issue, for some reason the /home command from the tier ranks trigger a respawn event which normally only happens if the player clicks the respawn button in the death screen. The deletion will now only happen if the player died before the respawn which fixes this issue. If you want I can restore your island but you have to create a new island first so I can import your deleted one.

I've tried to create a new island, but nothing happens. None of the /is command work except for /is home, and that takes me to the middle of nowhere. I tried to die to reset the data but I was greeted with this error message, it did not kick me from the server like normal. Screenshot by Lightshot
When I try /is create, or stand in the plane, there is no error. it's just that nothing happens. The error only occurs whenever I die
My apologies that it took so long, you are 7 hours ahead of me so what was afternoon for you, was early morning for me (i didnt sleep) so i kinda fell asleep. But I was able to create a new island.
