   I do not know where downloads are stored, so I cant put in Forge Optifine could someone tell me where?

   Right click on an installed pack in the launcher and select "view folder" and it will open explorer to that modpacks folder. From there you can find the mods folder to put in optifine.
   
   Alternatively, they are at:
   
   C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.mineyourmind\instances
