Done I can't use any items to break blocks

    I have been trying to break blocks on my island and in the nether, but my items just don't do anything. I can place blocks down and interact with the world but I just can't destroy any blocks. Any ideas why?

    Still unable to break any blocks even after a hard force update. No idea what to do, I've put a lot of time into getting where I am on this modpack and I don't want to have to give it all up
