Done Island Restart only deletes a portion of island

When I use /island restart it only deletes about a 20x20 area of the island, which means anything past that from my previous island is still there. How can I get a full restart on my island?

 

Have you tried teleporting to spawn and back or to logout and back in to see if it will delete the remaining?

 

Logiging out and back in worked, strange because that didn't work when I had the same problem on AS2

 

Its normally just a graphic glitch where the blocks delete but takes restarting to get them off the screen. Glad I could help.
