The newest version of MC Eternal (1.5) adds two Pack Modes - Classic and Normal. MyM servers are set to Normal mode which is what the pack intends. It seems some 3rd party launchers are setting it to Classic mode. If you notice your recipes and items are "odd and not working" in NEI you will likely need to change the pack mode on your client. If you see seeds or essence from Mystical Agriculture you are likely running in Classic mode. They are disabled in Normal mode. Changing Pack Mode Navigate to the pack's folder and go into the config/ folder and find the file packmode.cfg. In that file change the last line to read S : packMode=normal (no spaces). The pack should start in Normal mode after that with the proper recipes on your end.
