So thinking about what types of mobfarm one could make ...

MFR Grinders - Invar sword recipe disabled, so uncraftable

Progressive Automation - Killer - the diamond sword lasts 2 hits - unusable

Spikes/Fall dmg trap - No vacuum hopper, vacuum chest to pickup, so we could play with transfer nodes with many world interaction upgrades - known to make a lot of lag

Dunno, but i dont like any of the setups. Suggestions?

If the ''death hole'' is 2x2 2 world ineraction upgrades should be more than enough

Do spikes release exp orbs on killing a mob? I was under the impression they didn't.

Posted about this over there, but in my experience ( have not yet tested the killers), the Progressive Automation devices can use Tinkers' Construct tools. Have you tried giving the stone one a Flint Dagger? Or an Iron Broadsword (or any of the other swords from TiCo) to the Iron Killer?

Yup iron sword from ticon performs way better, still it rejects ardite and cobalt tools :/ And also bugs around like mad (pushes mobs back that will freeze into place outside the range of it and the like ...)

Hmm. Ardite and Cobalt tools, I'm not sure there's a fix for, at least on our side. What about steel tools? Are they the equivalent of Diamond tools?
As for range issues, make a scythe and see if that works. Scythes hit a 3x3 area, although they only manage to if there's something directly in front of it. I'm not sure if the Killer actually looks into that data of the tool or not.
