Done Name Changed Help transfer

so my old name was Minecraften22 and i hope you can see why i wanted to change it xD
well enough of that.. i wanted help with all the things Name changing doesn't transfer by itself (my knowledge) My island on FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock and well all other known stuff people ask about
well My new Minecraft name is _MrShane_
the _ is a part of it BTW

 

i don't know much about this whole deal so if anyone could just do things other people have asked i would be happy
