Like the title says, after right-clicking a matured plant on crops, the plant reverts to 28% and gives nothing. Idk how to get more sesame seeds.
This is a known issues with pam's harvestcraft. Unfortunately it was never fixed in 1.7.10 and since we cannot fix it without also having the client side change it remains an open issue. The only way you might be able to continue to enjoy your sesame seeds is through Pam's market, or as they should still spread by breaking them rather than harvesting.
