I haven't played here in weeks and turns out i hadn't properly deactivated my patron rank. I was mislead to believe I'd have to manually renew monthly. I'm not interested in the product and would like a refund.

I believe he is not just asking to cancel it going forward but for you to issue a refund of his most recent payment as he did not realise it would auto renew.. obviously I know that you are under no obligation to do so, but it would be the nice/honourable thing to do. (it's what Amazon does if you forget to cancel your prime membership but they can see you haven't used any prime features since the start of the month for example)
You saying that you were mislead is a bit hard to believe. The shop very clearly describes how to make it auto-renew, and how not to. So unless the shop is broken, you have probably misclicked.
Your last payment is under echeck which means the transaction is not completed yet, you can cancel the echeck and the subscription which should do what you are requesting here.
