Implemented Power Armor (Chestplate) Parachute attachment error -

I can't craft a Parachute, yet I have the ingredients needed?

Both recipe's aren't working, kind of confused /:
Were the parachute recipe's disabled?

 

I think the recipe show in NEI is bugged, it should have 3 white wool across the top line like this:


Let me know if that works, else I can add a custom recipe for it later on.
