    give Donators priority support (tickets get handled faster)

    maybe even paid per ticket?

    This would work, though the caveat is not every ticket has an instant answer available.

    I like it.
    "Get a response in less than an hour or your money back! Only $1.00 during this limited time offer!"

    We could also do bundles and sell these "top priority" tickets in batches and when a player does /ticket create they can choose between the "top priority" ones they prepurchased or a regular one.

    You could instead hook the Prioity ones up with a /pticket oppose from a /ticket. I would say $1 /per tick would be doable for anyone. good idea.

    I feel that support should be free. That being said having tiers of support should be fine.

    Patrons tickets get done first, then non patrons. Easy simple and honestly screw paying for support as that brings up thoughts of things going wrong on purpose to get you to have to pay to getting them fixed.
