Someone found a solution to the console spam / server lag when autocrafting certain items that use mekanism and IC2 - Involves changing a config setting to false in appliedEnergistics2.cfg line 245 - "in the applied energistics 2 config file appliedEnergistics2.cfg line 245 there is logging under the misc category when that is set to false the console spam and server lag stops"
