Decided Against Remove arcane bore from restricted item list

No-one is gonna use the arcane boar to mine, there's much better and cheaper alternative.
However, it is used to make Boots of the Horizontal Shield, an end-game infusion altar item.
And no, moving the entire infusion altar, including candle rooms, etc, to farm world is not a viable option.
