Done Server lag killed me

I was going to venus when a huge lag spike hit and i feel to y-800 and I died. I know there's a no refund policy but there is literally no way for me to get my stuff back as its 800 blocks below bedrock. Can staff check my player data or something to see that I died at that y level and to see what my inventory was?

Edit: Probably just gunna take a break from this server for a month or 2. I know the staff are trying to fix the bugs and everything and it isn't easy, but this just isn't that enjoyable.

 

you had no way to prevent fall damage? if you died below bedrock your stuff should be above

 

No I couldn't prevent fall damage. When I look at the death point its 900m below me. I guess I'll see if I can grab some thermal gear and a pick because it might be in a cave somewhere. Thanks chugga

Well I searched around in a cave at bedrock level and couldn't find it. This might be because I died in the balloons from the spaceship when in the void.
