Done Some advice please about endgame cheating

    This kid ( MrNutter ) went into someone's base, and they drop an dalekanium ingot accidentally, and he picked it up, not giving it back, even when asked. He then took it to his house and made a blood altar, and made his own tardis, then making another ingot and giving it back. Is this legal? Because according to Mrnutter, that's perfectly fine behavior. He wasn't given permission to take the ingot, and it WAS in a claimed area.
