Done Tokens not redeeming correctly

    I just used the random item choice for voting. I redeemed for 16 items which would have been 48 tokens but I only ended up with 5 items.

    The redeeming option says 3 tokens for 1 item. I would like my extra 11 items please.

    never heard of this happening before, what server? also make a ticket, generally get replied to faster :D
