Hello MatIrl, According to this it's an issue with Sponge messing up Woot's ability to read loot tables. Nothing we can do about this except wait for a fix from Sponge. Until then run the factory with no loot upgrades. Since this is out of our hands I'll go ahead and close this thread. [doublepost=1553546211,1553544756][/doublepost]Found some more information thanks to @ggkhs . Apparently we had a fix for this awhile back. But then Beyond got a server reset and the fix was not reapplied apparently. So an @Administrator should be able to get this working - assuming the fix still works. Note: The file for the fix is no longer available on dropbox. So if they don't have a backup getting then this working could take significantly longer. Be patient while they look into it.
