Definition

Reward(s)

The hereinto referred "reward(s)" are any type of virtual currency that can be given as a reward to the participant. This refers - without limitation - to Points and Raffle Tickets.

Prohibited Activities

It is prohibited to violate any applicable law or any rights of others by using our service. Furthermore it is prohibited to damage the system and to hinder other users and/or cause them damage.

Among other things, you will not, and will not allow any third party, to:

Perform any unintended actions which could - without limitation - impair or disrupt the service.

We are allowed to terminate and/or suspend your access to our service immediately and delete or invalidate all rewards, without any notice, whenever you violate any restriction as mentioned before.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to take part in the reward program. Children may participant as long as the parent or guardian consents and accepts full responsibility for the child's conduct.

Earning Rewards

Rewards can be earned in a variety of ways, like completing quizzes, jigsaw puzzles or playing games.

The reward earned is determined in sole and absolute discretion by the service provider, this includes and is not limited to: how many rewards are earned, the maximum amount that can be earned and when such points - if any - shall be distributed.

We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time, with or without reason.

By using this service you agree and acknowledge that your participation does not guarantee earning rewards.

We give no guarantee or warranty that you will receive any rewards.

Reward Redemption

Rewards can be collected over time or redeemed directly where offered. Rewards can be redeemed to take part in gift cards and sponsored product raffles. Additional terms may apply for the specific gift card or product, these terms are stated on the raffle form and agreed to by taking part in the raffle.

Third party terms and conditions apply as well.

By redeeming rewards you agree and acknowledge that the redemption of rewards is final, meaning not refundable in any way. The redemption of rewards on your account is your full responsibility and you are fully liable for it, this includes - without limitation - unauthorized redemptions.

We may contact you via. E-Mail or any other provided contact details with information about the rewards program, your account, special offers, raffles and raffle prizes.

Availability of the Service

Although we make an effort to let our service be available as often as possible, we cannot give any guarantee about the availability. Furthermore we are always permitted to shut down (parts of) our service on behalf of maintenance, adjustments and/or improvements to our service.

Termination

We reserve the right to take actions including service termination against any account at any time. You have the right to terminate your use of this service at any time. In the case of termination all rewards expire immediately.

Governing Law

Any disputes and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Liability

THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND FOR AS FAR AS IT IS ALLOWED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. FOR AS FAR AS IT IS ALLOWED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS SHALL BE LIABLE IN NO EVENT FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE. FOR AS FAR AS IT IS ALLOWED UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAW, YOU INDEMNIFY THE AUTHORS AND/OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS FOR ANY CLAIM MADE BY, DAMAGE SUFFERED BY OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES.

Severability

If a part of this agreement is or becomes invalid in a legal manner, the remainders validity shall not be affected thereby. Invalid parts shall be replaced if legally valid provisions which come as close as possible to the intended result with a focus on the economically base. The same goes for gaps.
