you can't sue the server for that, what you CAN do is complain to the modauthor to get that fixed, server would not have any responsibilities, the author of the mod would have it

I don't think that it should be banned but maybe add a warning to it like "May cause seizure"? The problem is that most people won't even bother to read it like the NBT overload with storage drives in bag or dolly.

MyM just hosts the servers, it isn't the one who designs the packs as a whole that people play. Even Civ, while it started here, and is primarily here still, was designed by (mostly) one person, Kryhmez.
profrags has a point, most people don't check when there's a note added to an item, and go ahead and do whatever they want with the item. And then end up asking the same question that's on the note. Or causing the same problem..
