Done Ring of far reach

The ring of far reach increases the range you can interact with things(blocks, entities) but it doesnt work properly, if you right click a machine/chest outside of the normal range, you can't add/remove items in that machine/chest.

Also you can't place blocks outside of the normal range, they vanish if you right click them after placing them.

The only thing that seems to work is breaking blocks.

i cant really run modpacks in single player, im getting 10 fps in multi so...
