Just wanted to ask for some help. It seems whenever I launch the agrarian skies + modpack I crash while the mojang symbol is still being displayed. I am still able to join other packs but it seems I always crash with the + modpack. The link to the pastebin with my console log is here -->The game is running. Please wait. Try deleting your modpack and reinstalling it because it looks like the Hardcore Ender Expansion isn't working!
YOu got the same issue as i or every other mac user have. Even is u installed java 7 (which i hope) there is an aditional java 6 file which is essential for macs. What u have to do: - Go to System Controls and open the java application in there - On the 3rd tab (i think) u can show all your installed java versions. There u can see where your java 7 version is located - Copy that path - Open the launcher, go to options and put this location into the field "JVM Path" now it should work.
@Leglerm could you add this to this page? Known Issues | MineYourMind Community @masterzan please post the crash-report which you can find here: /Users/David/Library/Application Support/mineyourmind/instances/MyM-FTB-Agrarian_Skies+/minecraft/crash-reports/crash-2014-05-31_11.33.43-client.txt
Ive looked through my finder folders and am not finding any crash-report[DOUBLEPOST=1401635668,1401635499][/DOUBLEPOST] And I also dont know what you mean by system controls I dont see where this would be
I have the java version but I dont know how to set the JVM path as mentioned before. Macs dont have the same interface and I dont think @Leglerm is using the same type of computer
I have a mac and there is no real difference besides os version. If u have Java 7 installed u can find a sort of application (java control panel) in the system controls (where u can config monitor, keyboard all the sutff u know) There is a tab in that panel called "java" there is only one option must be something like "show" or "view" This shows u ur version of java and also the path. (for me its something like that: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/java) Copy this in the JVM Path field in the launcher options.
Okay Ive never seen the java app before thanks for clarifying in detail. I never would have figured it out on my own
