Justify your votes please ! it would help me understand why u dont want a mod like this in the pack I have played civilization for a long time now and i have notcied that while the AW (ancient warefare) storage is a good solution to all them chests, but its search bar keeps resetting and you cannot input items in without going into the mod. The solution loved by many people is Ender io inventory panel, all you do is connect it to an inventory and it shows all the items ,it can be used with compact draws and chest but sadly not the AW storage. While this is the best solution available it is buggy and personally i have crashed numerous times searching for items. Some times they dont even show up in the system or they show up as some other thing. And that is my problem ,But i have found a solution it is a cool mod it offers small storage for beginners and larger storage for those who need it.The recepies are also balanced in my opinion so the mod i want @BookerTheGeek to add to the mod pack is Spoiler: It's here Overview - EZStorage - Mods - Projects - Minecraft CurseForge EZStorage introduces an early-game storage system that scales and evolves as players progress. Want to put 100,000 Cobblestone in 1 slot? No problem. Blocks in the mod can add a search bar, a crafting grid, additional storage, and more. Also includes JEI integration for 1-click crafting from the system's internal inventory! Spoiler: Read me !!! Storage Core - This is the core of your storage system. Click on this block to open the GUI, and add adjacent blocks to expand. Each system can only have 1 Storage Core. This block can only be broken if it contains no items. Storage Box - Tier 1 storage add-on. This increases the storage capacity of the Storage Core by a small amount. Condensed Storage Box - Tier 2 storage add-on. Hyper Storage Box - Tier 3 storage add-on Input Port - Items can by automatically be put into the storage system by piping them into any side of this block Output Port - Quickly extracts all items from the system into the block above the Output Port Crafting Box - This adds a crafting grid to the GUI of your Storage Core (compatible with JEI + clicking for easy crafting from the internal inventory) Search Box - This adds a search bar to the GUI of your Storage Core This is in my eyes the best solution to having no applied energetic in the pack ^_^ So please cast your vote and have your voice heard
logistic pipes as shown in ftb evolved caused not only fps issue but some person kept crashing the server due to having a ton of crafting blocks
While it is a nice mod, I feel it does not fit the theme. It is no much of a cheap A.E. system in my opinion. That being said... this is a personal opinion and this is a community run mod pack.
Cheap maybe so but i know @Krhymez did not want AE due to it causing lag and so on therefor this is a system with no automation just input and output
I also agree that we need a nother (non buggy) storage system on the server. Actually i wouldnt mind if AE2 is getting added but thats my opinion
ae will never be added thats what khrymez said[DOUBLEPOST=1454799289][/DOUBLEPOST]I just dont get it why are people voting against this mod why not have it in here please justify your choice peeps[DOUBLEPOST=1454799394][/DOUBLEPOST]@Werwolfi_de please vote
I don't play civilization anymore but I don't think that this mod should be added because it's just another mod for storage because some people are too lazy to take 10 extra seconds looking in chests, if you just want this for the "organization" and ability to stick thousands of something into one block then use barrels! The team I was with before the server reset had started a storage system using barrels/drawers and putting certain items into groups like blocks, metals, wood, and machinery. I think my favorite part of Hubris was the fact that there was no easy 3 block storage system. You had to use this thing called chests and organization! But looking through chests to find items in order to craft something gets repetitive when the recipes are very long and require you to craft a lot of components this is basically an AE allowing people to craft things without the unnecessary searching
Honestly, if you took the time to organize items into diamonds chests then you won't really have to look for items with difficulty. There's also this storage system in automagy that you can use if you just want tons of items in one gui that you can order.
ProjectRed is in the pack. The Crafting pipe is disabled but I did start building with the other transport pipes. It felt a bit like Logistics Pipes although not as well developed. But it doesn't have the crafting grid. So yes, I vote for this pack. Anything that will get me closer to auto-crafting.
isnt that a magic mod ? not everyone likes magic mods there has to alternatives to magic rather than forcing people to go into automagy so that they have a nice system[DOUBLEPOST=1454863013,1454840958][/DOUBLEPOST]@chugga_fan @aD0UBLEj @wtffidy
I vote no, multiple other ways to do storage. We are working fine with chests, others use storage drawers. Also, why shouldn't you be forced to use Magic Mods? After all, I'm forced to use Tech if I want to teleport to other players, or to make certain ores, or make double ore output. I think you having to use Automogy to get an advanced storage system is fine.
Double ore output is achievable with magic. Core thaumcraft has native clusters purification/pickaxe of the core which gives x2, with Witching Gadgets, native clusters can be buffed to x3.
Changes nothing, I still need to get into Tech for basics like teleporting, and people are whining about Magic for things you DO not need?
why ?[DOUBLEPOST=1454867954][/DOUBLEPOST] Yeah but after all is it not fun and cool to have multiple ways of storing items dont get me wrong i will try the magic version but some people may not want to go into magic i dont see a reason to why this should not be added if you have something against it just dont use it i guess ^_^[DOUBLEPOST=1454868320][/DOUBLEPOST] well there are benefits to both sides but does that mean we should not have the extra option ? think of ftb inifty there were so many options for storage AE Storage draws Ender io panel Rftools Jabba Logistic pipes sorry if i missed out any but personally i have used all of the above on ftb expert and it is super helpful to have that variety of different storage choices where you need it for example i chose to go with caches for my spawner and gradually made my way up to the high level AE Perhaps this could be a possibility on civilization people would start of with chests or basic AW storage and then go into Ez and maybe implicate that with the magic mods there are endless possibilities and if you dont want to use the mod then..... dont kinda like i choose not to use witchery as it is rather annoying ^_^ That being said its up to the community and what they want not just me
I voted no. Why? there're a ton of ways of sorting items, not just magical. On my Mod bussiness trips i've found a playe who used Storage Drawers to sort ever single item. Sure it takes a lot of space but is a way. W/o the use of fancy modes you can manually sort chest to achieve your sorting needs, you just need some chests and some signs. The only reason this mod has any vote whatsoever is the crafting, wich is similar to AE, but come on, let's face it, that's just lazy.
