Twice now. I have lost my island. With a 100% completed shell, from Sync. Only to have my island reset. Instead of re-spawning in the shell. What the hell is going on here. I put it on hard mode for a challenge. Not to lose a week of progress due to a damn bug. I was online with my buddy. TheChossenOne. He blew up from a creeper. We just moved our shell constructors. Watched them complete, pixel by pixel, then get the skin paint job. Thirty or so minutes later. He died. Chat said we failed hardcore mode and our island was reset. I want my island back.

No. We had not made any chunk loaders. I have no clue why they would not though considering we were in the same chunk.
So, I mean. Am I screwed in terms of the island. Not getting that back? Even though a bug screwed the island?
Unfortunately there is no way to restore an island thag it deleted. Once it's gone it force saves and is deleted forever.
You should put a chunkloader directly over/under YOUR shell - have your friend do the same on HIS shell, with his own chunkloader. This will ensure that if only one of you are online, the shells will be loaded for that player.
Will do. Just wish that we actually respawned when we were standing in the same damn chunk as the the things. Thanks for help. /End Thread
