Civilization -Better Storage

I find that there is no end game either but thats why i am suggesting mods all the time to improve the pack and to get new mods in so that people are looking forward to playing it

so how about one mod at a time .....This pack is still being developed

 

Note that AE is not in this pack, nor will it ever be (from what I know).

There's different types of autocrafting: AE autocrafting is amazing but kills the server - it will craft an item plus all dependent items completely automatically. You can get really fancy if you like, for example set it to always have 10 of some complex item available ready for use, send an ender-frame and ender pearls to a magma crucible and fluid transposer combo to get automatically filled, etc, etc.

The minimal autocrafting that I miss is just: import a recipe from NEI to the crafting table, manually take the finished item out of the crafting table, components get taken from storage automatically but don't get crafted automatically. Its no where near as fancy as AE but it would cut down on the grind of crafting soooo much.

 

You can do that pretty easily with the EnderIO Crafter, or the Magneticraft Crafter, or the Cyclic Assembler..

 

@Xyrik bossly is rigth the termanals are buggy and have dupe bugs we need something better thats not AE

ok people use botania coprea networks, you can type into chat to pull items from any chest in the network, you can autocraft items on demand, it can work with barrels and storage shelves, it can auto export to machines, and it can intergrate with the other mods such as thaumcraft. with the right setup you can automate crafting at the infustion altar as well as the work bench.

Every thing people have asked for in this thread is already in the pack. you just have to put all the pieces together.

 

But some ppl want tech based systems

 

This pac is going to end up like monster real fast at this rate

 

My issue is most of you want the "easy" way out. Multiple ways to do auto-crafting, auto sorting if you just plan it out.

 

I don't u can make recipes hard and I couldn't care less about auto crafting I just want some thing to replace the ender io terminal

 

In our base we use ender in panels and besides a glitch in the return area... No buggy or glitchy stuff...

And I insist, sorting stuffs with just chest is the best option.

That's no bug... but it's too long and tedious to explain. Simple fix. Break the panel and re-place it.

 

Ye every 5mins its annoying and if u would look in private bug reports @Ernuke u will see the dupe bug

 

im going to post that on the enderio page and i recommend u post the dupe bug on there github aswell

 

to some extent i feel like this pack is trying to be like ftb evolved constantly changing the recipes and trying to force people to go one way rather than giving them the multiple options ok sure there may be a magic solution to this but personally i dont want to use thaumcraft or botania in this pack does that mean i should be forced to use chests so that i dont constantly crash and end up loosing stuff

 

What about using ProjectRed? It has auto sorting in "terminal".
