That was just to give the numbers a more precise meaning. There won't be a reset due to it.

I take that as a no. On the poll it had the option "I am willing to start off fresh", which was the highest voted upon.

thanks to the dev for his work, that's really a outstanding feature for a multiplayer server.

    agreed :D

  9. Won't this be akin to cheating? Like, I live with someone who has claimed the base and I made something I want to be secret from him or something which is of a private nature (no offense intended).
And just to be safe-"I'm not trolling, just my views are different that yours!"

I don't see how it's cheating, it just allows you to download your multiplayer base to single player, it doesn't work both ways and if you wanted something private from your base mate then why not build it elsewhere ? Either way though if you had a private area on a base that your base mate owned then it would result in a player to player issue which staff don't tend to get involved in.

If your teammate claimed the spot, he could also find it on the server.

If you want to protect stuff from your teammember i would recommend a strongbox with signalum lock or ic2 safe.

or just claim a small spot for your "private" stuff

  12. I stand corrected.
Blame my habit of thinking such ideas on my long time wasted on factions servers.
But still, won't it be more......natural to try making a contraption/machine on the server itself, even to test it? For there is a first experience of everything.
(Not including stuff that would result in a lag spike of death)

i find it nice to test out a contraption on single player because you can see if it works before investing a lot of resources into it

  19. Then is there any need to download your world?
If you are making something, then you can really make it.
The above line may not make any sense to most, sorry.

ok imagine you got a idea and you want to see where you could put it or the best way to fit it into you base normaly u would need to mesure everything like 10 time now you can just down load your base a lot easier
