Tell me @johnfg12 how can you ask the community about adding a mod and they (majority) say yes you dont add it ? please explain this to me i really want to see this mod in the pack and i am one of the 65.2% of people who want it in the pack

 

firstly u can add it on your own secondly welp its easier then trying to fight my case and some times easier is better

and to be fair there are some good reasons which have been brought up as to why a player could be physically unable to play the pack

 

add it my self ? and what reasons ?

 

reasons that are not upto me to discuss. it works as a client side mod which you can add by your self

 

but thats no fun

 

nors arguing with staff and players

 

But after all did the community not vote in favor of the mod and is this not a community run pack ?

 

well firstly like i said i can not and will not add something that stops certain players from playing the pack.

 

i do not see how this stops people playing the pack simply invest in torches XD

 

Then why do you want to use it? The change would simply force everyone to use the clientside mod. Which would cause some people to stop playing the pack, and prevent others from joining, especially since peoples bases were not built around that idea.

Maybe when the world resets it could be thought about again. (No, I don't know when/if that would happen..)

OR

You could enable it for yourself. *shrug*
10 people voting yes to a change that effects the entire pack and the way its played just isn't really enough to justify it.
