Are these endgame items?

I'm just curious but I wanna take a precaution but I need to know if these are really kinda considered as endgame items

-Wyvern Flux capacitor
- Draconium
-Nether Stars
- Charged draconium

Please tell me if they are banned. Thanks!!
(Also why are component heat vents banned?)

• On the market and in chat, you are allowed to sell only the items which are not considered endgame items.

• You are allowed to sell endgame items under one condition:

That the other player is equipped and able (progressed into the mod at least 75%) to produce this item on their own.
It bears repeating that if you do feel the need to sell an endgame item, it is not allowed on the market and you are not allowed to advertise it in the public chat.

 

I would like to see where this is from, i forget the page, but i do remember that the rule originally stated "you have produced this before" and in essence "is able to produce this on their own" needs to be proven SOMEHOW, and as such i'd think that producing it before would mean the same thing, but to your other thing,

There's really no necessity to talk in such manner to one another on a post where the OP is asking for help on end game items. Please keep such things to private messages and get back to being on topic.

As for getting back on topic. . . @thesurvivor2 , can you please provide us with the modpack you're playing that you're asking this about. We can further help you from there on. But as far as from the list in general, no end game list has nether stars listed as end game item.

 

Of course! I am playing on infinity normal on node 1. I am just very confused with how i can sell items. I saw a guy selling chaos shards so i assumed that I could also sell them to anybody since it was in public chat. But yeah If i could have a detailed explaination on how it works that would be great
