Implemented Second launch failed

i got this error when launching plus for a second time:

i had a look in the folder up to extract, but thats empty as the error says
does anyone know what the cause of this is and if its fixable?

EDIT:i hard forced an update and it seems to work fine now.
i looked in the extract folder and there are 9 dll files which were misssing before

 

i didnt delete it and hard forced
and is there a difference between hard force update and force update?[DOUBLEPOST=1402234549,1402234148][/DOUBLEPOST]Relaunched and got the same error, tried deleting temp folder, then forcing an update but came back with the same error
