Done My me system is causing lag

Hi im playing on SF 2 and some times it says in the chat that my me system is causing lag and i want to know if its possible to fix that because i don't want to be the reason for lag lol

 

Maybe im just stupid but i did not understand lol :/

If you currently have automated machinery/crafting, and you are also just throwing all your daily items into it, you will need to split the ME.

One ME for holding your items.

This ME should have several discs, to allow you to store a multitude of items.
You should not have any automation with this system.
[Important] Remove any non-stacking items, like potions, armour, swords and similar, to other storage blocks. The File Cabinets (OpenBlocks?) can store items of the same kind, and is optimal for this; Therefore, please put potions, music discs, tools, et similar in cabinets.

One ME for automation.

This ME should not have much storage space at all, a disc or two is optimal.
Do not allow any cables to loop. Use the anchors, or colour your cables, to stop cables from connecting where they should not.
You can use an ME interface, import buses, and level emitters to make sure that your Automation ME is stocked with a certain amount of materials from your actual Storage ME.​
