Done Need assistance, Island owner can't log on.

Hello my fiends account is currently receiving an error every time he trys to connect to the server, could we please get admin assistance to help rectify this?

His character name is: Poorplayers

He's tried the following;

Un-installing and re-installing his Agrarian skies modpack on both the FTB and MyM launchers
Trying to connect on two different accounts.
Restarting his computer
Changing his internet connection


There's no crash reports.

What "error" does he get exactly?

I don't know excatly what happened but it fixed itself, he couldn't play for 12 hours or so.

 

OK would I be wrong in thinking he's in France and orange as his isp
