Suggested High-Risk list

I am bringing this up because of a recent incident that had to do with duping items, and would like to prevent other incidents like mine.

to get to my point i fell like it would be a good idea to post a list of players that have recently been pardoned from a perm ban for reasons such as duping, so that people could refer to that list before joining someone. thus preventing any unnecessary bans.

 

No from me. All this would accomplish is singling about people who could of repented out.

 

Not needed. While this is a MP server and all and you meet new people, I've rarely based with anyone I don't already know simply for this fact. Its just that I don't like to take the risk. And if anything just segregates those who've been forgiven.

 

Have to agree with Arcanuo. It singles out people who may just be getting a second chance, and are doing okay.

One question why us this needed?

 

It is needed for those players that are looking to team up with someone and they want to check there "Criminal record"

You might not take the risk but for the people who do it would make it just a little safer.

I'm against this. The solution is pretty simple, really. Don't base with anyone you don't know or trust. When you base with someone, you are giving them 100% trust on everything that happens on that server with your things. It's basically like giving them a key to your house.

 

im going to tell a little story of when i joined here i met a couple people and got to know them not just move in with them @bosslykpeter and @aD0UBLEj and we have been playing on servers for ages u need to find people u can play with and trust bans do not mean anything well actuly i worded that wrong bans mean alot but can offten be a mistake by the person

 

You have the responsibility to follow the rules, be wary, and keep your self safe.

Making a list of past offenders will just shun people, and create arguments and fights.

There is no need for something like this at all. A strong no from me, both viewing this as a staff member and as a player.

There's a reason why many gaming forums have a "no name & shame" policy.
Such things are always kept private and between staff. That is why ban appeals and tickets are only seen by staff and the user posting it. Staff is usually are more prepared, trained, and have experience to handle situations like this.

If you're basing with someone new take the time to get to know them a bit. Section your claims. Most of all if you see something say something. Do so via /ticket or if you feel that it is serious enough, file a complaint.

All in all. Even if you have done something wrong in the past, we do give second chances.

 

If every mistake people have made while playing was publicly posted then you probably wouldn't meet any new teammates/friends. Nobody would have been with me if the first thing I told them is that I froze hell, I tell them that after I start going into magic mods :3

not at all this is a system that lets say u want to judge people from there past then u can using bonemeal or you could do what most do and learn about a player from there current behaviour rather then there past

all i really wanted is something so i could look people that i might want to join up to see if they have done something wrong in the past so i can see if i want to join them or i want to let them join me.
