So someone was asking how to reset there island in chat and myself being dumb did /is reset instead of the period in front. Please add more protection to this with maybe a confirmation because this is very frustrating even though it was a dumb mistake.
    Thanks

personally, i know slip ups like this have happened. i find that rather frustrating and, fortunately, i think, considering the circumstances, they might reload the island. but, there's always the chance they won't/can't. and as far as a /is reset command protection, i know that some servers i've previously played on use some plugin to add extra protocol to the working of a command, such as, for example, "player: /is reset" then "are you sure you'd like to reset your island? type;'/is reset' again to reset. type '/cancel' to cancel this request."

i think something like that could be done, but to mention the resources it'd take. of course, the slight addition would be an extremely useful addition for the forgetful (no offense)

Seems like a very sensible idea. There's a 'sort of' precedent here with the /rules, /rules2, /acceptrules at the beginning. We could have /is reset, /is reset yes or something similar before the actual reset is carried out.

I have an idea for this. Added to my list of things to do.

I believe that there is already a protection or second warning when doing /is reset unless I am thinking of /is restart

I agree when I was telling someone as well I was thinking to really make sure not to miss the period XD but yes I believe there should be extra confirmation on that matter.

We did add such protection a while back for agrarian skies 1.6. There might be multiple commands to do this and only one is "protected". (When you click restart on the sign on ag 1.6.4 it asks you to enter a random 5 digit code within 10 seconds.)

As far as I know unless you have changed this since the first day skyblock has been up, the command /is reset has no protection on it.

If the plugin the server is using is called uskyblock which I highly think it is due to other servers having it etc. It comes default with a protection unless you disable it unless I am thinking of /is restart.

I believe possibly it might be that some of the commands such as /is restart may have protection and other such commands but I know when I did /is reset it did not have any type of protection and I cant exactly back this up considering I would rather not reset my island XD.
