How do I keep a claim from resetting?

    Yolju, manevilus and I are on Civilization. Right now Yol is working. And manevilus is out of the Country for a Month. He is trying to pop on, but is using a laptop. I noticed last night, that I got an alert that his claim will reset in 7 days. We need to reset his claims so he, and we, do not lose it

    Hello, if he is online for at least 5min it will reset the timer if he is unable to login for that period, put in a ticket and a Sr. Mod will assist you and transfer the claim.
