Decided Against Feed Back for things lacking in infinity

if someone's base is unclaimed and you claim it is it fair game since they didn't claim it since unclaimed is the same as every other unclaimed? and if its unclaimed like the rest of the land around us then it the same thing.
so what if there's something in the spot you claim, I could just build stuff and place it all over the map then that way its all mine and if someone breaks it their greifing, in the end the no greifing even if unclaimed is an idiotic rule there are so many loop holes in it and if your not aloud the take from unclaimed where can you take from since everything is technically unclaimed. (yeah so what if I'm being a smart ass just make smarter rules).

Different topic: other things are items that can crash the server with little effort that are not banned and other items that cause tons of lag that you don't even know about, although I won't say anything until the idiotic unclaimed land rule is fixed

We already had this out in the other thread. Marking as decided against. The current system while not perfect, works and is easily understood.
