Implemented Dark screen on the server

Hi there,
I've got a problem. My screen got so dark, so it is very hard to play normal.
I happened yesterday, so I restarted and downloaded everything again, but nothing changed.
In singleplayer it's normal. I don't use any Resource Packs or Shaders.

At spawn: (Daytime)

Was reported to me but I have no idea what could be causing this especially with it being un-effected in singleplayer.

I know this is probably an idiotic question, but it has to be asked: Did you turn your brightness up in the video options?
