New player vs staff

We start at 0 and when a staff posts it reduces the number by 1 and when a normal player post it increases it by 1
You must wait 2 posts to post again

However staff only have to wait one other post to post again now they do!

Honorary members count as normal players.
Negative number means staff is winning positive means non staff players

oh and if a founder post here they can count as 10 points
but only for the first time that founder posts here.

You should make it so staff have to wait after 2 other staff members to post again. Like:
Staff A
Staff B
Staff C
Staff A....
