Done Cannot create tickets with new username

So a while ago, I played MYM's Agrarian Skies 2 server, in which I created a few tickets under the username "JamesFizzy". I now play on the Sky Factory 2.5 server under the username "SkylineLights", and I've found a few bugs that I'd like to report. However, when I type '/ticket create', it tells me that one pre-login is requires to create tickets, yet no matter how many times I open mineyourmine.net/ticket, it doesn't work, and I believe I know why. The ticket system associates my account with JamesFizzy, my old username, thus when I open the page, it automatically logs me in under that username, as it says "Welcome JamesFizzy!"

So my question is, how do I create tickets with my new username? Is there some way to log out on the ticket page? Could a staff member somehow fix this?

 

Click the settings gear menu and update username
