Mysterious Steve-skin on the minimap

So i've played together with @WishMage on an advanced cube island, when suddenly a mysterious Steve-skin appeared on the map. We do not know whether this is a player or mob, it should be on our level but we do not see any name or skin. Here's some screenshots, any help is much appreciated, because that really scared us.

Probably a head crumbs mob they look like youtubers

 

Is there any youtuber using a Steve-skin btw?

I just zoomed in very wide and can tell that these eyes are dark blue. The difference to DW20's skin is, that his eyes are a cyan to green color.
I am pretty sure this is a common steveskin that occured on the map.

If you go up to him it tells you his name
Its even possible to find yourself if you are lucky
