Done Stuck in Nether

I'm stuck in the Nether, I don't know what happened but from 29-31 FPS I fell down to 0-1 FPS and crashed. Now everytime I try to enter the server I crash. Could I be teleported to spawn?

Oh, thaumometer scanning an EnderIO block, i'm going to assume it is inside of your inventory... or you threw down an EIO machine

 

Yeah, I was scanning things in my inventory when I crashed.

 

don't scan EIO blocks in your inventory, will crash you EVERY time
