I dont think it should be a pvp server because in this version of the pack there's no flans mod and the other pvp mods.

The issue is not about telling which server it is, it is that you need to be be aware of +20 different rule sets and be able to put them all in place, in case we had different ones for each modpack. In general this means reading the rules for every modpack before being able to act on rule breaks and not mixing it up.
