Not a terribly big deal, but Thaumic NEI seems to "stick" recipes after viewing them once. Looking up a recipe after seeing one that has Thaumic NEI entries will always show the Thaumic NEI entry of the previous item, unless the new one also has a Thaumic NEI entry. Thaumic NEI also just seems to duplicate the functionality of Thaumcraft NEI Plugin, but not as well. I tried removing Thaumic NEI from my install, but then the server rejects my connection. Is it possible to make Thaumic NEI optional, or does anyone know of a way of disabling it from showing up in NEI recipes without removing the mod outright? Thanks in advance!
I disabled the mod with the next restart. Please check if the mod still works after that and if the issue is gone without the mod.
Looks like it still requires Thaumic NEI to connect to the server; everything seems to be pretty much the same after the restart.
Ah, well, if it's working over there, then there must be something wonky on my end. I'll poke at it and see if I can work it out then. After I look at any recipe with a shaped arcane recipe, it shows up as the recipe for everything. (this is one of the recipe pages for TNT after looking up essentia tube) And I can't connect with it uninstalled, either. Which raises the question of why an NEI addon would be a required mod in the first place, but that's neither here nor there.
Oh! thaumcraftneiplugin is the one that's not having any problems, it's gud_thaumicnei-1.3.0.jar that's got the sticky recipes (and also won't let me use the ? button, now that I'm looking)
